Governance

The Foundation for Social and Economic Development Incorporated established in Victoria under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Under the governance standards of ACNC, the Foundation’s legal and administrative structure includes a Governing Board. The Board is comprised of members with rich experience in fields such as development, education, agriculture, law, policy, business, and financial management.

 

The Board of Governance oversees the overall direction and policies of the Foundation and ensures that it practices the highest levels of trustworthiness and accountability. The Board ensures that projects and activities are steadily advancing, pursuant to the guidelines established by the Board of Governance.
