At the Foundation, young people are seen as reservoir of immense potentiality to contribute to the betterment of society. Essential is access to education as processes that unleash these capacities to become protagonists of the progress of their communities.

The Tutorial Program aims to strengthen the intellectual and academic skills of secondary school (high school) students to advance in their studies. It targets students that are struggling with subjects but are also having difficulty in getting academic support particularly where families are in challenging circumstances and the student is disadvantaged to get costly tutoring support. It helps students in subjects in a manner so they can achieve their goal of further education such as getting to University or Vocational level education, and choose a career path that will support them and their families and contribute to improving the conditions of the world around them.
